-The customer and Scott’s Mobile valeting are both bound by these terms and conditions
-Once the work commences, the customer and the business have therefore agreed to these terms and conditions
-All work is carried out to the standards set in the details of each service.
-If any details of the service is “missed” then the customer must allow Scott’s mobile valeting reasonable time to rectify any issues. If the customer does not allow the opportunity to rectify any issues, then no refund will be provided.
-Although the best efforts of each valeter is given to every service, the customer MUST allow for any mistakes to be rectified.
-Once the valet is completed, and payment is made, this ensures the customer is happy with the outcome.
-Any issues must be raised by the customer within a reasonable timeframe after the service is completed. If not, there cannot be any adjustments made.
-In the event of any refund request, this MUST be emailed to hello@scottsvaleting.com
The email must include full details of any issues with attached images if necessary.
-Scotts mobile valeting will always try to maintain extremely high levels of service and quality. If the customer feels these standards are not met, then Scotts mobile valeting will make all reasonable efforts to ensure service levels are maintained.
-If customers are to use threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards any members of staff, all work will immediately stop and any money or deposits exchanged will not be refunded. Threatening behaviour will be reported to local authorities.
